Dr. Lepore is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a fellow of the International College of Oral Implantology and a fellow of the Misch Implantology Institute.  He has been an endodontist for over Fifteen years, a dentist for over 18 years and has maintained a private practice in Canandaigua, Fairport, and Rochester, NY. He is the founder of Advanced Endodontic Solutions with current practices in Fairport and Canandaigua NY.

Dr. Lepore received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, School of Dental Medicine in 1992. He completed a general practice residency at University Hospital at Stony Brook NY and worked as a general dentist in East Setauket, NY. He later received a Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Connecticut Health Center Dept of Endodontology in Farmington, Connecticut. He has held  faculty positions at Strong Memorial Hospital / University of Rochester and is an associate professor at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, Department of Endodontology since 1996. Dr. Lepore has ACLS, nitrous oxide, enteral sedation and parenteral sedation certification.

Dr. Lepore has lectured on numerous topics in the past 15 years on endodontics including; microscope based endodontics, endodontic microsurgery, NiTi rotary file instrumentation, obturation techniques, 
non-surgical endodontic retreatment, perio / endo combined pathology, endodontic diagnosis, re-treatment vs apicoectomy and endoseous implants vs. endodontic treatment.
